Meadow Pipit

A small, brown bird with speckled front and a black tail with white stripes down each side.

Meadow Pipit are very common in the West Pennine Moors area and are often seen taking flight as people walk across the moorland. Meadow Pipit nest on the ground so be careful where you step.
