The Turton and Entwistle Reservoir is perhaps the most scenic of the three reservoirs in the area, with a nice walking path around the whole reservoir and many other paths joining from the surrounding woods.
There is a chain of three reservoirs in the Turton area with good walking routes and car park facilities and a cafe at the Jumbles reservoir.
