There is a small but charming waterfall at Barrow Bridge on Dean Brook that can be viewed from over the wall at the side of the road or from a nearby bridge. If you’re a kid or still like paddling it is possible to view from the river bed, it’s usually too slippery to navigate the rock below the waterfall though so it’s not a good to plan climb the waterfall when the flow is heavy.
As a kid it was sometimes possible to stand in a narrow gap behind the water which was a magical experience.
