Rock Hall in Moses Gate Country Park was built over two-hundred years ago for the Crompton Family who operated mills beside the Crompton Lodges that still remain within the park. Rock Hall was for some time used as in information centre for the park.
Rock Hall is currently unoccupied and looks almost derelict.
